Refund/Replacement Policy

Due to safety and health standards, Twisted Cajun spice blends cannot be returned.  

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards

Refunds (if applicable)

If you're not satisfied with our seasoning blends you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery date.

Refunds will be given on the following conditions:

• You are completely unsatisfied with our product(s)
• Products not delivered as agreed. I.E. "lost in the mail" 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Replacement Policy (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged while being delivered. If you need a replacement, send us an email at twistedcajunllc@gmail.com.  Be sure to include invoice number and proof of purchase.
