🌶️ Twisted Cajun LLC Return Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2025

We want you to love every pinch, sprinkle, and shake of Twisted Cajun™. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Here’s how returns and refunds work:


1. 🔄 All Sales Are Final (Mostly)

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened spice blends. Once a jar is opened, it’s yours to keep—even if your taste buds weren’t ready.


2. 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@twistedcajun.com
  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  • We’ll review and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on the situation

3. 🕒 Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. We’ll send a confirmation once it’s on the way.


4. 🚫 What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Opened or used spice blends
  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Personal taste preferences (we’re bold by design!)
  • Shipping delays outside our control
