1. 🛍️ Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other trusted providers.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to U.S. addresses via standard carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. We’ll keep you posted if there’s a hiccup.
  • You’re responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We’re not liable for lost packages due to typos.

3. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened spice blends.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@twistedcajun.com. We’ll make it right.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take 5–10 business days to process.

  • Availability may change based on inventory, seasonal blends, or ingredient sourcing.
